Heat and Go uses proven systems to eradicate Bed Bugs. The main equipment is imported from the USA due to their experience of this pest where there has been a significant increase in reports across most states. Hotels, Major Retailers, Houses, Apartments, Cinemas, Schools, Care homes, Government Buildings and Transportation have all been victim to the Bed Bug. Bed Bugs are not a myth and you can’t hide from the fact, like it or not your next visitor could be carrying them.
We have created four Packages to help protect and provide due diligence for your Company, your guests, your staff and yourself.
2 Star – A service for Clients who want to react to reports of Bed Bugs without any preventive support from Heat and Go. We will heat treat the rooms with activity and adjacent rooms deemed necessary. A 30 day warranty will be provided against re-infestation. A disinfestation Certificate and Temperature chart report will be issued to validate the “heat v time” achieved for 3 points within each room. Treatments will be carried out within 5 days of the positive report survey.
3 Star – For 3 star and above Clients will have free registration to the Heat and Go Bed Bug Management Centre with password protected Web access. Heat and Go will deliver annual staff training which will be recorded on the web portal and provide technical information for your Staff and Management Team on early detection and prevention systems. Each premises will be issued with 3 emergency use ‘active Bed Bug alert’ monitors for placement on reports of infestations. Treatment will be carried out within 4 days of reports by Staff. A 60 day warranty will be provided against re-infestation.
4 Star – To upgrade to this winning prevention package following a heat treatment bed encasement covers will be fitted and a detailed room survey of all potential harbourages will be carried out. The areas identified within the survey report should be suitably sealed to deny future harbourage for Bed Bugs. The warranty against re-infestation will be extended to 90 days. Sealing of harbourages can be carried out by Heat and Go at a cost or by your own Maintenance Staff.
5 Star – The Ultimate protection package includes the items described in the 3 and 4 Star package along with an annual inspection of each hotel room. A detailed report of each inspection will be issued to validate the status of each room at that point in time with regard to potential Bed Bug infestations. The warranty against re-infestation following a heat treatment will be extended to 180 days.
